The Man Behind The Brand
Adam Dudley, creatively known as Hank Luciano, has been building from the ground up out of Charlottesville, VA. Back in 2010, he launched HomeWay Décor, selling home goods the old-school way — printed catalogs, breakroom tables, word of mouth. That’s where he learned how trust, consistency, and follow-through turn into repeat customers.
Over time, that offline hustle evolved into full e-commerce. Adam went on to build POLISE, a multi-category retail venture focused on everyday products, fast shipping, and fair pricing. That experience opened the door to what he does now: designing systems, brands, and digital plays that live online.
ThinkwithAD is where he breaks the process down. It’s part journal, part playbook — documenting how ideas become offers, how brands take shape, and how digital moves actually get executed in real life, not just theory. The goal is simple: give entrepreneurs and builders something they can apply, not just something that sounds good.
Day to day, Adam leads BreakGround Innovations, a remote creative studio powered by a tight network of collaborators. BGI focuses on web and e-commerce builds, branding, UI/UX, content, and 2D/3D visuals — strategy-led, design-driven, and built to help brands show up sharper and move with intent.
On the creative storytelling side, he’s developing Becoming Hank Luciano: StoneGate City inside the StoneGate Cinematic Universe — an independent transmedia vision told through graphic novels, 3D animation, and more. What started as a way to process a life-altering moment from his teens has been reshaped into a fully fictional crime-tech universe about survival, power, and reinvention. The roadmap begins with the District Files graphic novel series and expands into Unreal Engine–powered animation and film, funded through a mix of crowdfunding, private investment, and strategic partnerships.
