While ThinkwithAD sets the foundation, PULSE captures momentum: lessons learned in real time, frameworks tested in the field, and insights shaped by experience rather than theory.

ThinkwithAD was founded by Adam Dudley, Founder & Creative Architect. It’s built on a simple belief: clarity compounds, and execution follows identity.

When ideas are ready to move beyond reflection and into real systems, BreakGround Innovations (BGI) exists as the build arm connected to the ecosystem. ThinkwithAD shares the thinking and direction. BGI helps translate that direction into functional digital work through web design, branding, content strategy, and e-commerce development.

The Man Behind The Brand


Adam Dudley — known creatively as Hank Luciano — is the mind behind ThinkwithAD. An entrepreneur and creative producer from Charlottesville, Virginia, Adam’s path didn’t begin with resources, funding, or a traditional business background. It started in 2010, when he worked part-time in the dishroom of a University of Virginia dining hall and launched his first venture, HomeWay Decor. Armed with nothing more than printed catalogs and determination, he sold home décor, furniture, accessories, small gifts, and outdoor products during breaks at work. That early side hustle became the foundation for his future in digital entrepreneurship.

Years later, he introduced POLISE, a multi-category e-commerce brand focused on apparel, lifestyle accessories, household essentials, and home products. The store was built on three principles that still guide Adam’s philosophy today: speed, service, and fair pricing.

Adam now leads BreakGround Innovations, a remote design and development studio that delivers websites, e-commerce experiences, brand systems, software, and 2D/3D animation through a global network of designers, developers, and creative specialists. Alongside this, he operates ThinkwithAD, a platform dedicated to practical insights on entrepreneurship, brand strategy, digital execution, and building systems that scale.

On the creative side, Adam is the creator of the upcoming crime-tech project Becoming Hank Luciano: StoneGate City, the debut story inside the StoneGate Cinematic Universe (SGCU) — an independent transmedia universe blending film, animation, and long-form storytelling. Inspired by a real moment from his own life, the project evolved from a personal creative outlet into a fully structured narrative world. Its rollout begins with a graphic novel series and expands into 3D animation built with Unreal Engine and MetaHuman, supported through crowdfunding, private investment, and strategic partnerships.

Adam’s work across ThinkwithAD, BreakGround Innovations, and SGCU reflects a single vision: to build with intention, defy limitations, and create systems and stories that outlast the moment.
